HRA has started the schematic design on our latest project for Brookfield Residential to expand their head offices in Markham. The new space will include boardrooms and offices, for their key representatives relocating from downtown Toronto, along with open an open work space, kitchen and lounge areas. Howard Rideout’s conceptual sketch demonstrates the design’s clean layout; creating a core of boardrooms in the central area of the space, with a ring of circulation linking the lobby to the open office area along the building’s glazed perimeter. With this design, natural light penetrates into the space with views to the exterior being provided as the user circulates from each room.

The project is scheduled to be completed in November, when we will feature images of the completed work.
